Dunya is a prison for the believer
الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَجَنَّةُ الْكَافِرِ
Ad-dunya sijnu-l-mu'mini wa jannatu-l-kafir.
"The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the disbeliever."

A short reflection
Calibrate the expectations. The cell of the believer feels like a cell because Jannah is the home. The freedom of the heedless feels like Jannah because the next state is worse.
