Do not get angry

لَا تَغْضَبْ

La taghdab.

"A man asked the Prophet ﷺ for advice. He said: "Do not get angry." The man repeated his request; each time he said: "Do not get angry.""

One man. One question. One two-word answer, repeated. When heat rises: step, sit, drink water, delay the response.
