forgiveness

He calls upon Me

"Allah said: O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and hope in Me, I will forgive you for what you have done and I will not mind."

Narrated by Anas ibn Malik. Sunan at-Tirmidhi 3540

A short reflection

The qudsi hadith continues: even if your sins reached the clouds of the sky and you asked My forgiveness, I would forgive you. Even if you came to Me with the earth full of sins, but met Me not associating anything with Me, I would meet you with the earth full of pardon.
