أَمْ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ أَن يَسْبِقُونَا ۚ سَآءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ
Am hasiba allatheenayaAAmaloona assayyi-ati an yasbiqoona saama yahkumoon
"Or do those who do evil deeds think they can outrun [i.e., escape] Us? Evil is what they judge."
