الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ وَقُرْءَانٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ

Alif-lam-ra tilka ayatualkitabi waqur-anin mubeen

Alif, Lām, Rā. These are the verses of the Book and a clear Qur’ān [i.e., recitation].
